Teaching Personnel Ltd. is hiring a Year 3 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Year 3 pupil, working with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies.

The role focuses on academic progress, social development, and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have primary experience, a helpful, patient demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with children; TA qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Year 3 pupil throughout the school day.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies.
• Support the child's academic progress across the curriculum.
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where required.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
