Location: Crawley
Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Term time only (35 weeks per year)
Are you an inspiring Year 2/3 Primary Teacher who believes in nurturing creativity, curiosity, and independence in every child? We are seeking a passionate educator to join a forward-thinking private school in Crawley that follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired, child-led approach to learning.
As a Year 2/3 Primary Teacher, you will guide a mixed-age class of 24 children, supported by a dedicated teaching partner and an additional teaching assistant each morning. The class includes five children with some SEN, and you’ll work collaboratively to ensure that every child’s individual needs, interests, and abilities are supported and celebrated.
This role is ideal for a Year 2/3 Primary Teacher who thrives in a creative, inquiry-based environment — one where projects evolve from the children’s own ideas and where learning is meaningful, hands-on, and deeply engaging.
If you are a reflective Year 2/3 Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in a nurturing, innovative, and child-centred setting, we’d love to hear from you.
Private school setting with small class sizes and excellent support. Reggio Emilia-inspired, child-led learning philosophy.
Apply today and become the Year 2/3 Primary Teacher who helps children discover the joy of learning in a truly unique environment.
