Are you a Yard Foreman with forklift experience who is looking for a rewarding fast paced role with a national marquee hire and event specialist?

We are proud to be partnering with a market leader in the event specialist industry who are looking to add a Yard Foreman to their team. A company who provide the hire and sale of marquees to festivals, corporate events, film productions, weddings and private parties.

The Role

As a Yard Foreman you will ensure the safe and efficient running of the yard and Warehouse. You will also be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of yard assistants who will assist you in your duties.

Key Responsibilities

• The role is based outside leading the yard team, picking loads from a pick list, loading and unloading trucks and vans.
• You will be responsible for planning and allocating your team’s daily tasks and ensuring that they are completed.
• Playing a leading role in the continuous improvement of the yard layout and will strive to find improvements in its efficiency and design.
• Safety is paramount and your aim will be to ensure that standards never slip. This means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
