Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Rugby site. The role focuses on delivering a professional, customer‑centric service and promoting world‑class standards across the company.

The successful candidate will adhere to service standards, liaise with colleagues to maintain a unified approach, and ensure compliance with HR, GDPR, and Health & Safety policies while efficiently handling deliveries and quotes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards, SLAs, policies and procedures; resolve queries promptly and assist customers to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to support company performance and objectives.
• Follow HR, GDPR and Health & Safety policies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee booking in of delivery times and communicate updates to customers to prevent service failures.
• Provide quotes to customers and input data accurately into Stirling system.
