Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Stockport site. You will deliver a professional, customer-focused service to meet needs and promote world-class standards across the company.

Working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, you will handle queries, manage deliveries, provide quotes, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support service performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and policies, handling queries promptly to maintain service levels.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to support company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HR, GDPR and Health & Safety policies.
• Oversee booking in of deliveries and follow up on timed deliveries, notifying customers of any delays.
• Provide quotes in line with schedules and input data accurately into Stirling system.
