Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Stockport is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide a professional, customer-focused service and support world-class standards across the company. You will manage inquiries and help ensure deliveries meet customer expectations.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with benefits including life assurance, pension, an employee assistance programme, onsite parking and discounts across top brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/warehousing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of traffic management systems preferable.
• Proven customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Experience with customer account management is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; good overall IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards, SLAs and policies while handling queries promptly.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the team to meet objectives.
• Comply with HR, GDPR and Health & Safety policies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee booking of delivery times and follow up on timeliness to inform customers of delays.
• Provide quotes to customers and input data into Stirling accurately.
