Stellantis &You UK is seeking an experienced Aftersales Workshop Controller for our Birmingham North dealership. You will lead the workshop technician team and customer-facing staff to maximise efficiency, upsell opportunities, and exceptional service.

This role requires delivering commercial results while embracing new digital systems. You will develop staff skills, ensure compliance with DVSA MOT and safety regulations, and drive improvements across the customer journey within a busy

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours and first time fix.
• Lead the Customer facing team to maximise upsell while maintaining exceptional service.
• Adopt and integrate new digital systems and processes as part of a digitalisation strategy.
• Develop the skills and career progression of team members.
• Optimise operational processes within the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks.
• Ensure compliance with group financial processes, DVSA MOT and Health & Safety regulations.
• Make an impact across the department and whole dealership.
