Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller within a franchised dealership environment.
• Experience managing large teams of technicians (ideally 20+).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Understanding of workshop efficiency, productivity and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and allocate work to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Drive labour sales, utilisation and overall workshop performance.
• Support technician development and maintain a positive, professional culture.
