Group 1 Automotive UK is seeking a Workshop Controller for their Leicester Retail Centre. The role focuses on driving the day-to-day workshop operations, coordinating service and repair technicians, and supporting service managers to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will help the department hit daily targets, maintain profitability, and uphold Group 1's standards across sites and brands. The position offers development opportunities within a global automotive group and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work to timescales effectively.
• Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong industry knowledge; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.
• Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets.
• Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers.
• Achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
