Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Workshop Controller in Leeds to tie together Service Reception and Parts teams and drive efficient, compliant workshop operations. You will influence workflow, prioritise tasks, and support delivery of excellent customer experiences.

You will coordinate technicians, ensure warranty processes are followed, and identify training needs to sustain performance. A dynamic role with opportunities to grow within a leading automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
• A strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Confident with dealing with people at all levels, able to build rapport.
• Lead by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Account for and manage Technicians time on jobs.
• Ensure Job Card write up compliance with OEM Warranty Procedures.
• Manage and improve workshop productivity and efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
• Identify Technician Training Needs.
