Leominster dealership is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead the busy service department. You will manage day-to-day workshop operations, oversee 8+ technicians and apprentices, and ensure efficient workflow while upholding high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer vehicle progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Track KPI performance and implement improvements.
• Schedule work allocations and balance workload.
• Identify training needs within the team.
• Maintain workshop health and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to brand service requirements and customer satisfaction.
