The role focuses on managing technicians time, ensuring OEM warranty write-ups, and driving workshop productivity while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The position requires proven motor industry service department experience, strong planning, good health and safety knowledge, and excellent people skills to build rapport at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Confident with dealing with people at all levels and building rapport.

Responsibilities

• Account for and manage Technicians time when working on jobs.
• Ensure Job Card write up compliance with OEM Warranty Procedures.
• Manage and improve workshop productivity by allocating correct jobs to skilled technicians.
• Identify Technician Training Needs.
