Our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership based in Leominster, is seeking an experienced and professional Workshop Controller to join their busy Service Department.

• Basic salary of approximately £34,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses reaching £40,000 on-target earnings

• Supporting the team to deliver high-quality repair and service standards Requirements for the Workshop Controller position:
• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar managerial role within an automotive service environment preferred; training will be provided to suitable Workshop Controllers
• Proven track record in an automotive aftersales role such as Vehicle Technician or Service Advisor
• Strong organisational and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• IT literacy; experience with CDK/Kerridge systems advantageous
• Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
