Job description

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive well-established Dealership, in the Colne area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
• Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians, as well as supporting them with complex tasks if required.
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

Requirements

• Have a previous working experience within a similar role
• Strong Leadership skills
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
• Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:30 - no weekends!
