Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting for a Workshop Controller in Knutsford, Cheshire for a prestigious automotive dealership. You will lead a busy workshop in a state-of-the-art facility for a luxury brand, driving efficiency, quality, and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation, and a passion for exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily workshop operations, manage workflow, and mentor technicians and advisors to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role such as Workshop Controller or Service Manager.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly.

The successful Workshop Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing workflow, motivating the team, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
