• Implement and utilise digital systems and processes aligned with the dealership’s digitalisation strategy.
• Develop and mentor team members to support their skills, knowledge, and career growth.
• Optimise operational processes within the customer journey, including Vehicle Health Checks.
• Ensure compliance with DVSA MOT regulations, health and safety standards, and group financial procedures.
• Contribute to the overall dealership goals through positive departmental influence.
