Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a comparable managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Automotive technical understanding and industry knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience
• OTE up to £45,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
• Full-time permanent position with standard 45-hour week
