ASI Recruitment is advertising a Workshop Controller role in a busy multi-franchise dealership in the UK. You will plan and allocate work, monitor loading, and drive efficiency while leading Technicians and Apprentices to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with responsibility for health and safety and continuous improvement within a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller within a franchised dealership.
• Experience in a multi-franchise environment would be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy workshop.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate work efficiently to maximise technician productivity.
• Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are achieved.

• Liaise with the Service and Parts departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards.

Salary: £35,000 Basic + Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful multi-franchise dealership seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy workshop.

The Role
