Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours/week

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.

Your role, as Workshop Controller, involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises by ensuring their vehicles are repaired and returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, is a busy, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the workshop operates efficiently, maximising profitability, productivity, and team performance. You will also be responsible for making decisions regarding technician recharge and warranty opportunities.

Success in this role depends on your ability to maintain high technical and quality standards, and to uphold our service commitments to customers.
