This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, offers a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in the workshop's smooth operation by maximizing profitability, productivity, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for making decisions regarding recharge and warranty opportunities for technicians.

Key to your success is ensuring the workshop produces work that meets the highest technical and quality standards and helps us deliver excellent customer service.
