This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and quickly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, offers a bustling, exciting environment. You will play a central role in maximizing the workshop's profitability, productivity, and efficiency, and will be the decision-maker for technicians regarding recharge and warranty opportunities.

Key to your success is ensuring the workshop produces work that meets the highest technical and quality standards and helps us deliver excellent service to our customers.

• You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background, valued for your technical knowledge and understanding of tasks from routine servicing to complex diagnostics.
