This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, is a busy and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in the workshop's smooth operation by maximizing profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the team. You will also be responsible for decision-making regarding technician recharge and warranty opportunities.

Key to your success is your ability to ensure the workshop produces work that meets the highest technical and quality standards and helps us fulfill our service commitments to customers.
