Salary up to £38,700 OTE (basic £36,000 pa + bonus up to £2,700 pa)
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, offers a dynamic environment. You will play a central role in maximizing the workshop's profitability, productivity, and efficiency, including making decisions on recharge and warranty opportunities for technicians.

Key to your success is your ability to ensure the workshop produces work that meets the highest technical and quality standards, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.

• You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background - your colleagues value your technical knowledge and understanding of tasks from routine servicing and maintenance to complex diagnostics.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and how to maximize opportunities.
• You are a people person, caring about those around you and recognizing that a tailored approach is best for creating a high-performing team.
