  • Drive compliance and continuous improvement: identify failures to meet obligations, lead root‑cause reviews and implement corrective actions to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records: ensure all tasks are recorded and closed in the CAFM system and support audits, lifecycle planning and contract governance.

  • Experience in facilities coordination or building services with strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Practical experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept Evolution, Planon, Maximo) and strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with sensitivity to clinical priorities and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Desirable: experience working on PFI contracts, knowledge of HTMs and SFG20, and IOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
