Responsible for cost records, vendor partnerships, and onboarding newcomers, the role emphasizes customer focus and cross-functional collaboration to meet service objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities. Review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain databases and digital tools used for service delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with aim of cost-saving. Assist with contract negotiations and ensure vendors have current insurance and documentation.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Develop techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Support the Service Business Continuity plan.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets objectives.
• Direct impact on team and related teams' objectives; ensure outcomes positively affect customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; guide team through procedures and build consensus.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
