Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a personable Floor Ambassador for our client’s offices near Bank Station in London. You will deliver exceptional workplace experiences, assist employees, visitors and guests, and help run daily operations with a focus on service excellence.

The role is full-time and permanent, with 42.5 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, and a £35,800 annual salary. You’ll collaborate with facilities, manage desk bookings, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Passionate about delivering guest services.
• Ideally 1 year of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional workplace experience, ensuring employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout the day.
• Oversee daily workplace operations, confidently managing enquiries and delivering timely solutions to ensure a seamless office environment.
• Conduct regular floor walks to maintain high presentation standards, ensuring workspaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas remain clean, safe, and fully equipped.
• Coordinate with facilities and service partners to promptly resolve maintenance issues and support the smooth running of the workplace.
• Manage workspace services, including desk bookings, locker allocations, office moves, and workplace reconfigurations.
• Monitor and replenish workplace amenities, refreshments, and supplies, ensuring a consistently positive employee experience.
• Provide administrative support across the office, including printing, scanning, courier coordination, and general business support tasks.
• Gather and action employee feedback, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and drive service excellence.
