Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador based at our client's Baker Street office in London. You will join a diverse team supporting an accountancy and business advisory firm where excellence and creativity are the norm.

This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week on a rota from 7am–7pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £34,100 per annum. You will handle switchboard, reception duties, helpdesk queries, meeting room bookings and guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Route calls and provide prompt guest assistance (Switchboard).
• Provide personalised support, address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance guest experience (Helpdesk).
• Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs and meeting room reservations with precision (Reception).
• Engage with guests, answer questions and provide recommendations for local attractions (Lobby Hosting).
• Escort guests to booked meeting spaces and ensure rooms meet specifications.
• Support Client Services with administrative duties, including reporting, data management and day-to-day operations.
