Job summary

Rapport Guest Services, based near Bank station in London, seeks a Guest Service Ambassador to elevate the client and visitor experience within a leading law firm's corporate environment. You will greet guests, coordinate meeting rooms, assist with coats and logistics, and collaborate with a small team to maintain high standards of discretion, presentation and service throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, professional greeting for clients and visitors.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage and other personal requirements.
• Manage incoming calls and emails; respond promptly and professionally.
• Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality setups meet the required standards.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
