Rapport Guest Services, based at a Fortune Global 500 client’s office on Fenchurch Street, is recruiting a Welcome Host to deliver outstanding guest experiences and first-class reception. You will join a large, professional team focused on service excellence and memorable interactions with visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate is warm, proactive and a clear communicator with strong time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to spark immediate rapport with guests.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Professional presentation and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients and visitors arriving to the office.
• Direct visitors to the correct person or meeting room.
• Offer refreshments to visitors.
• Provide accurate information by phone, email, and in person.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with stationery.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support with ad-hoc requests as needed.
