Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Services Ambassador to deliver a 5-star workplace experience on site in London. You will own spaces, coordinate meetings and events, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations for staff and visitors.

In this role you will support onboarding, liaise with vendors, and help with moves and furniture adjustments. Strong communication, IT literacy, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience to all colleagues and guests.
• Take ownership of all spaces including meeting rooms, events, collaboration and workspaces to ensure the best first impression.
• Assist with general administrative support including mail services, event management, desk booking and locker management.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, equipment and software ordering.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, events and equipment care.
• Respond to community requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure insurance and contractual documentation is in place.
• Monitor and manage desk and partner office utilization daily.
• Manage and support moves across floors and buildings.
• Assist with furniture/layout adjustments and guide users per firm strategy (shared/hot desking).
• Support the analytics team in data gathering and accuracy.
