Workplace Experience Facilitator - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Yorkshire Water is inviting two experienced Workplace Experience Facilitators to join the Land & Property team. This is a fixed‑term contract, 12 months, full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm.

Location

Initially based in Bradford, the office will move to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026. The role requires travel to different sites.

What we do

Our mission is to ensure clean and safe drinking water for Yorkshire’s communities, protect the environment and provide essential water and wastewater services 24/7, 365 days a year. The Land & Property team is key to meeting changing customer and regulator expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Prime facilitator for all reported issues/concerns and queries between all parties (visitors, building users, contractors & building control team)
  • Coordinate internal and external resources as necessary
  • Manage all site booking in/out protocols, induction processes for visitors/contractors attending site
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner; take ownership of queries and provide correct information
  • Ensure all incidents/requests reported are logged and raised on SAM and dealt with professionally, providing feedback and updates as required
  • Be responsible for mail management controls – receipt, distribution and processing, including franking and bagging external mail collections and processing courier requests

  • Flexible approach – cover different roles within the wider Administration team, including holiday cover
  • Any awareness and knowledge in finance would also be beneficial
  • Driving licence – travel required between operational sites; out of hours one in 8 weeks will be required
