Job summary

Mitie is seeking a proactive Workplace Support professional to join our fast-paced team at Whiteley. You will help maintain an exceptional environment for a prestigious client, build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure every visitor has a seamless, positive experience.

This 12-week role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, starting ASAP. You will conduct building audits, assist with issue resolution, manage the workplace mailbox, and provide professional support

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence across the workplace.
• Carry out regular building audits and report any issues identified.
• Assist with issue resolution and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
• Manage the workplace mailbox and respond to queries promptly.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders.
• Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders and building users.
• Provide professional and approachable support to visitors and colleagues.
• Assist the Head of Workplace and wider Mitie team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Support other local centres when required.
