Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services seeks a Mobile Workplace Host for London & South Region (multi-site role). The position offers £15.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 6.30 am to 7 pm.

You will deliver five-star hospitality, reception and workplace coordination across prestigious corporate workplaces, ensuring a seamless visitor experience. You’ll welcome guests, set up meeting rooms, support events, and provide first-line AV help.

Mobile Workplace Host
Location: London & South Region (multi-site role)
Salary: £15.00 per hour

Reporting to: SOS Team Manager / Site Leadership Team

As a Mobile Workplace Host, you'll be a flexible and trusted ambassador of our brand, providing cover and support across a portfolio of prestigious corporate workplaces.
You'll work across multiple client sites, delivering five-star hospitality, reception, workplace coordination and event support services while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their visitors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering outstanding service wherever they go.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing relief cover for planned and unplanned absences across our portfolio of locations
• Welcoming visitors, guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
• Conducting workplace inspections, setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, and supporting workplace experience teams
• Providing first-line support for meeting room and AV technology
• Supporting mailroom, events coordination, switchboard, and workplace administration services
