Job summary

Mitie Group plc seeks a Workplace Host to deliver a memorable workplace experience across reception, concierge, and administrative duties. You will act as the first point of contact, building relationships with visitors, colleagues and clients while upholding client and Mitie standards.

You will support day-to-day service delivery, adapt to local site processes, and collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a consistently warm, professional environment across locations in London.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house and workplace experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a confident, professional first point of contact, delivering a warm hospitality experience.
• Provide front-of-house, concierge, and administrative support across Guest Services.
• Manage visitor registrations, access requests and deliveries with professional communication.
• Support meetings, events, and VIP visits, ensuring smooth logistics and presentation.
• Follow client SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and maintain service standards across locations.
• Liaise with on-site teams and contractors to resolve enquiries within agreed service levels.
