A leading creative agency in Central London is seeking a Workplace Experience Assistant to join their Facilities and Front of House team on an ongoing temporary basis. This hands-on, client-facing role involves supporting daily operations, managing mailroom services, providing front-of-house assistance, and ensuring health and safety adherence. Ideal candidates will be friendly, proactive, and able to engage confidently with clients and visitors in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Location:Central London (5 days in the office)

We’re working with a leading creative agency based in Central London who are looking for aWorkplace Experience Assistantto join theirFacilities and Front of House teamon an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a hands-on,client-facing rolesupporting the day-to-day running of a busy Head Office, helping to deliver a positive and professional experience for employees and visitors alike. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on front-of-house support, facilities operations, service delivery, health & safety, and overall office experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting workplace and facilities operations, including mailroom services
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, parcels and couriers
  • Providing front-of-house support, including answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting with meeting room bookings
  • Assisting with meeting room set-ups and supporting client meetings and internal events
  • Carrying out health & safety checks and supporting inductions
  • Supporting the workplace helpdesk and wider team as required
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily duties
