Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a skilled Workday Consultant to design and deliver HRIS solutions globally. You will implement and configure enterprise Workday deployments, partner with clients to understand needs, and train end-users across multiple regions.

You will participate in the full project lifecycle, including workshops, design docs, UAT, and training, with willingness to travel for customer sites and global events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with client goals.
• Experience translating requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to Workday Methodology and lifecycle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions for our global client base.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
• Train end-users and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in workshops, create design documents, and support training.
• Travel to client sites or attend global events as needed.
