Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead for the CPD portfolio in the UKIMEA region. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans, and bid coordination to increase win rates across CPD projects.

You will lead a cross-geography team, guide bid practice, and embed knowledge management to strengthen Arup’s position in the market. A strong background in CPD, procurement and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is required.
• APMP certification is desirable for the role.
• Experience leading work winning teams across geographies and contributing to major CPD bids.
• Knowledge of procurement practices and public sector regulations is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM tools, including MS Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline development and manage a portfolio of Priority Pursuits in CPD UKIMEA.
• Coordinate bid management and ensure high-quality submissions across CPD teams.
• Shape pursuit strategy, client engagement plans and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits.
• Collaborate with marketing, portfolio and leadership to embed work winning frameworks and improve win rates.
• Oversee the work winning team, provide guidance, and develop talent within the group.
• Promote best practice in bidding and contribute to knowledge management across the portfolio.
