Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support in the CPD Portfolio across the UKIMEA region. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement, and performance insight to increase win rates.

The successful candidate will manage the UKIMEA CPD work winning team, guide bid practice, and promote knowledge management and upskilling to improve future submissions. A Bachelor's degree and APMP are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is required.
• APMP certification is desirable.
• Proven success leading work-winning teams across geographies and bids.
• Strong understanding of procurement practices and public sector regulations.
• Knowledge of CPD sector, markets and key clients/partners.
• Familiarity with the Design & Build market and related bids.
• Experience managing a pipeline of Priority Pursuits and using CRM tools.

• Lead pipeline development and work-winning strategy for CPD across UKIMEA.
• Coordinate proposal management and bid submission with cross-functional teams.
• Guide pursuit positioning, scheduling, compliance and bid quality.
• Maintain Arup brand throughout capture and delivery cycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to deliver winning submissions.
• Drive client engagement planning and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits.
• Promote use of CRM and bid lifecycle tools for visibility and reporting.
