Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support across the UKIMEA CPD portfolio. You will blend tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development and client engagement planning. You will guide pursuits, collaborate with marketing, and mentor the work winning team to improve win rates.

The role requires leading cross-geography teams, knowledge of procurement practices, and APMP certification (desirable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is required or equivalent.
• APMP certification desirable and experience leading bid teams across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices and public sector regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance and submission production for bids.
• Collaborate with CPD marketing partner to maintain Arup brand in capture cycles.
• Work with technical teams and bid professionals to deliver winning submissions.
• Drive client engagement planning and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits.
