Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead for the CPD portfolio across the UKIMEA region. You will oversee bids, shape strategies, and coordinate with portfolio leadership to drive high-quality submissions.

Ideal candidates will have a track record leading multi-geography bid teams, strong procurement knowledge, and experience with CPD markets. This role offers a strategic path with development opportunities and exposure to high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven success in leading work winning teams across geographies.
• Strong procurement knowledge and regulations in the public sector.
• Experience with CPD sector markets and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit and positioning strategy through the full bid cycle to increase win rate.
• Collaborate with technical teams and marketing to deliver winning submissions.
• Promote CRM and bid lifecycle tools for pipeline visibility and efficiency.
