Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support for the CPD Portfolio in the UKIMEA region. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans, bidding, and performance insights.

You will manage the UKIMEA CPD work winning team, mentor staff, and promote best practices to boost win rates while aligning with Arup’s values and public sector standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading work-winning teams across geographies and bids in CPD/public sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement practices and public sector regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of Priority Pursuits with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance and submission through the bid cycle to improve win rates.
• Support knowledge management, upskilling and client-centric bids to enhance client outcomes.
