Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead for the UKIMEA CPD portfolio. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement, and bid leadership across regions.

You will coordinate pursuits, shape win strategies, and drive best practices in bidding, with a focus on increasing win rates and operational confidence. A strong track record in CPD bids and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven success leading work winning teams across geographies and contributing to major CPD bids.
• Knowledge of procurement practices, regulations in the public sector, and CPD markets.
• Experience with pipeline management and digital tools such as MS Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives and develop others under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance and submission production across the bid cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver winning submissions.
• Promote CRM usage and reporting to improve pipeline visibility and bid quality.
• Supervise team members and support talent development and succession planning.
