Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits in the CPD Portfolio across UKIMEA. You will guide bid delivery, develop pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to embed work winning frameworks that improve win rates and confidence.

The role requires leading and developing teams, strong procurement knowledge, and experience with CRM tools, aligned to Arup's values and regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven success in leading work winning teams across geographies.
• Understanding of procurement practices, esp. in public sector.
• Knowledge of CPD sector and markets, including key clients and competitors.
• Experience using MS Dynamics CRM for pipeline management.
• Ability to lead and develop others and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to Arup’s values and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Shape pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance, and submission through bid cycle.
• Maintain Arup brand throughout capture, work winning, and delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams and MCBD to deliver winning submissions.
• Drive client engagement planning and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits.
• Promote use of CRM and bid lifecycle tools for visibility and reporting.
• Supervise Work Winning team members and support talent development.
• Contribute to win strategy workshops, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Support wider work winning and relationship initiatives via MCBD networks.
• Embed knowledge management and insights reporting for future pursuits.
