Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support in the UKIMEA CPD portfolio. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans, bidding, and performance insights to raise win rates.

You will lead the UKIMEA CPD work winning team, mentoring colleagues and embedding best practices to ensure high-quality submissions and sustained growth within a values-driven, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• APMP certification is desirable.
• Experience leading work winning teams across geographies and contributing to major CPD sector bids.
• Knowledge of procurement practices and regulations in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD portfolio leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit and positioning strategy, scheduling, compliance and submission production through the full bid cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure quality submissions.
• Drive client engagement planning and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits with an integrated approach.
• Promote structured use of CRM and bid lifecycle tools to improve visibility and reporting.
• Supervise team members and contribute to talent development and succession planning.
