Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support in the CPD Portfolio across UKIMEA. You will partner with portfolio leadership to shape work winning strategy, coordinate across bid teams and drive improvements in win rates and pipeline management.

You will manage the UKIMEA CPD work winning team, provide guidance on bid practice, and help design frameworks for knowledge management and client-centric strategies that increase competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven success leading work winning teams across geographies and contributing to major CPD bids.
• Knowledge of procurement practices and public sector regulations.
• Knowledge of CPD markets, clients, partners and competitors.
• Experience managing a pipeline of Priority Pursuits and using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead work winning across UKIMEA CPD portfolios from pursuit to bid submission.
• Coordinate bids with proposal teams and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Engage clients and plan pre-positioning and pursuit strategies for Priority Pursuits.
• Design and embed work winning frameworks and knowledge management.
• Mentor and develop the work winning team and drive improvements.
