Job summary

Arup is seeking a Work Winning Lead for the Cities, Planning and Design CPD portfolio in the UKIMEA region. The role blends strategic pipeline development with hands-on bid delivery, coordinating across CPD teams to improve win rates and client engagement.

Location preference is to be within commutable distance to Arup UK offices. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote best-practice bidding, and shape work-winning frameworks that strengthen Arup’s market position in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Proven success leading work-winning teams across geographies.
• Strong procurement knowledge and public sector regulations.
• Familiarity with CPD sector markets and key clients.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across CPD teams UKIMEA.
• Develop and implement work-winning strategies and pipelines.
• Guide pursuit positioning, scheduling, compliance, and submission production.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver winning submissions.
• Mentor and develop team members and support succession planning.
• Maintain Arup brand throughout capture and delivery cycle.
• Drive client engagement planning and pre-positioning for Priority Pursuits.
• Promote use of CRM and bid lifecycle tools for visibility.
