You will assist with planning service repairs, resolving disputes, time sheet entry, and providing cover for controllers to ensure timely service delivery and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and coordinate work orders in a service operation.

• Experience with review of service documentation and proformas.
