Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Service Controller in Peterborough to oversee a team of engineers and optimise resources for efficient service delivery. You will drive the end-to-end repair process, ensure clear customer communication, and manage cost-effective service operations.

The role requires foundational engineering knowledge, at least 3 years in technical/mechanical engineering, and strong skills in SAP, FSAT, Vision Link, and Cat SIS. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Foundational engineering understanding and qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical or mechanical engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer service needs and allocate the appropriate resources to execute the request.
• Lead end-to-end repair process from identifying needs to closing work orders and invoicing.
• Maintain health and safety as highest priority during service delivery.
• Create service quotes up to £3,000 for PM, repair, inspections or as advised.
