Are you self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results? Do you want to work from home, earn serious commission, and progress quickly into a salaried role? We are expanding and looking for ambitious individuals to join our remote sales team.

The Role

You’ll be speaking with customers of the UK’s leading insurance providers, inviting them to review their existing policies. This is a non-pushy, value-driven conversation — as a company, we’ve saved customers hundreds of thousands of pounds over the lifetime of their policies.

Your job is to identify interest and generate quality leads for our advisory partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working 100% from home
• Calling approximately 250 customers per day
• Booking policy reviews and generating accepted leads
• Managing your own time and performance — no micromanagement

Earnings & Progression

• First 10 days – Commission Only
• £35 per accepted lead
• Hit 20 accepted leads in a week → earn £40 per lead
• Certain broker placements pay up to £400 per lead
• After 2 Successful Weeks – Move onto a basic salary + commission model
• After 3 Months – Opportunity to gain Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, fully funded by us
• Long-term career progression within the financial services industry
