Qualifications

CPCS/NPORS Wirtgen 240i Mixer ticket blue card

Responsibilities
  • Operating the Wirtgen 240i mixer safely and efficiently in accordance with site and manufacturer requirements.
  • Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Carrying out daily pre‑start checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of the machine.
  • Working closely with site management, supervisors, and ground teams to ensure works are completed to specification.
  • Monitoring material flow, mixing depth, and consistency to achieve required outcomes.
  • Ensuring works are completed in line with traffic management and environmental controls.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping around the machine and work area.
  • Completing all required documentation, including plant checks and work records.
  • Reporting any defects, incidents, near‑misses, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
